Scenario title: Albert is doing web research for a presentation
Albert is doing web research for a presentation about black holes. He wants to collect links, bibliography references and notes, and then structure these informations. Finally he needs a good overview and would like to export the bibliography.
| Problem Scenario | Future Scenario |
|---|---|
| Albert has to hold a presentation about current research on black holes in a physics seminar in two weeks. He uses BasKet to collect and structure web research results. He uses the grouping features to make out how he can split the topic so it is easier to handle.
For his scientific work, Albert collects complete bibliographic information he copies to his presentation document later. Read the full problem scenario. | Albert can now drop or create new BiBTeX entries into BasKet where they are shown nicely layouted. He also can link notes to each other using arrows. Therefore he groups notes belonging to the different parts of the topic, but create crosslinks anyway.
Using the zoom function, he can see the whole basket's structure at one glance, which is helpful for visual understanding although he cannot read the individual notes. |
