LikeBack

The LikeBack system is a user feedback dialog integrated into BasKet. Via a menu option (in the English version "Send a comment to the developers"), users can send a feedback on usage or bugs to the developers. On the developer side, there is a web application which helps to oversee the comments. The web application cannot be opened right now because it contains personal data of users who commented.

The data has been summarized in several reports:

• Summary of feedback reports which reaches until the end of January, 2007
• Summary of feature requests collected from the LikeBack system and the user survey.
